Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurate and timely data entry to support Heat Ticket acknowledgement and closures, MS Dynamics acknowledgement and closures, iTrack/iCash maintenance, BIRS/BAMS/Variances record keeping
• Administrative support for one or more branches, including but not limited to preparing various reports, answering phones, correspondence and other documentation
• Kronos daily maintenance of employee time exceptions and labor transactions
• Respond to HEAT/MS Dynamics issues within 24 hours of receipt
• Maintain employee files in a secure manner
• Assist management with record keeping of attendance and disciplinary actions
• Filing and record keeping in compliance with government regulations and company rules
• Assist with claims issues/resolution as needed
• Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency
• Special projects as assigned my management
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
• Minimum of 1 year of MS Office experience (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses

• Administrative experience handling data of a confidential or sensitive nature•
