Ferguson Insurance is seeking to hire an outgoing -motivated oriented professional to join our team. As a licensed Sales Producer you will be representing the AAA brand by building and developing customer business relationships within the community to promote various products that we provide such as Auto, Home ,Life insurance and the Auto Club Membership.
Day to day activities include prospecting new customers, servicing and cross selling current customers, outbound phone calls, and community events. We provide support from a business development team and offer exciting rewards and recognition. Our agency provides a comprehensive education program including:
Lead management process training.
Outbound marketing campaign design
Building qualified customer relationships
Warm market prospecting techniques/training
Generous commission compensation plan.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Increased sales proficiency Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... Hourly Base Pay plus commission/bonus,
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Proven successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Self-motivated, organization skills, enjoy helping people!
Excellent customer service skills
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
