Job Summary
Provides coordination of the staff and program(s) at assigned campus, under the direction of the Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement program within contract and licensing requirements, funding source guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Assist in the preparation of the facility's/program's annual operating budget and maintain expenditures aligning with budget. Maintain facility financial records.
Coordinate the development of and communicate written guidelines and procedures governing facility/program operations and activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of program outcomes and evaluation related to service delivery; assist in the development and preparation of year-end program evaluation and reporting.
Provide all direct services as needed to ensure continuous service provisions to clients as required by licensing and funding sources.
Assist in grant proposal development and writing for the purpose of securing funding and renewal of contracts; including assisting in completion of required narrative and statistical reports.
Assist in marketing efforts with organization's communication and marketing department and public and private community organizations and agencies to promote services.
Collaborate with representatives from local governmental agencies, business, and community organizations to meet service objectives of the program.
Supervise, coordinate and develop volunteer program to serve the needs of the various programs at facility.
Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, human services or related field; or
A combination of three years relevant education and experience.
Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of program development and administration.
Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate others.
Ability to speak, read and write fluent English.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to prepare business letters, summaries, and reports, using prescribed format and conforming to rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style.
Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with clients, family members, staff, superiors and agencies.
Ability to understand, analyze and interpret basic contracts and financial reports.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to interpret data, including financial reports and contracts, identify areas of opportunity and apply logic.
Ability to apply practical mathematical applications such as of percentages, ratio and proportion.
Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs including spreadsheet application.
